I take back everything I said. I shouldn't hold a grudge as people make mistakes.

I just got a call from their service department and the guy was very friendly. Not only did he tell me what was wrong, but he explained it in detail. He told me what causes the problem my car had and explained what the part does.

My dad bought his last mustang there, which in-turn became one of my previous cars. The car was great, and although I never dealt with them personally, I hear good things about them from my dad and other people.
